Job Duties:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Processes letters, various correspondence, and reports. Prepares, edits, and may develop presentations and reports. Gathers and summarizes data. Maintains file system and files correspondence and other records. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Coordinates and arranges meetings, training sessions, conferences, etc. as requested. Updates website event calendar, class schedules, and posts photos and newsletters to site and Facebook as directed. Prepares class materials where required. Maintains marketing material stock and replenishes consumed materials as needed. Coordinates CEO’s schedule and makes appointments. Other duties as assigned. |
Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and organize projects to completion and follow-through on tasks.
Customer service experience. Analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel). |
