At The Daisy House, we are driven by a single goal: To do our part in making the world a better place for all. We started as an idea based on the heart and actions of one special lady, Mrs. Daisy Mae Elliott.
Although The Daisy House has been in operation for a number of years, we only recently opened a home of our own. We are so thankful that we can offer our clients uninterrupted services with a stable facility that we can now proclaim as home. It is our hope that the women and girls we will be serving will truly come to know The Daisy House as a safe haven; a place where they can come and find love, concern, and support for themselves, their families and the issues that they might be dealing with at any given time. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits. Our programs are designed to help establish healing not only with the client, but also with the family unit as a whole. We are aware that when one member of the family is sick, unless the root cause of the sickness is identified and addressed, at best the relief of the pain will only be temporary. Starting with a stable and safe home environment is often the first challenge many of our clients face, both children and adults alike. We work with our clients to help them attain complete healing in body, mind, and spirit. It takes a lot of work on the client’s part in order for this to happen. Therefore, we believe it is essential for the client to be willing to do the necessary work in every area of her life in order for her to receive the maximum benefit. We are pleased to offer our services to those in need and hope you will find it in your heart to volunteer or donate to this worthy organization today. |
